We all have heard that "we are what we eat." While I certainly agree with this, I am thankful that we are all becoming so much more educated and are learning that in reality, we are both what we put IN and ON our bodies. After learning about what toxic assaults to our systems our bodies endure on a daily basis, from chloramines, heavy metals and toxins in our water to phthalates and BPA in plastic products to countless more endocrine disruptors and toxic chemicals in skin care products, I have made a point to do my best to research and find quality products that assist us in reaching our goal of optimum health.

Although there are always 'nice' things to have in the home, I firmly believe that everyone ESPECIALLY those with compromised immune systems should have access to not only a healthy diet but also good, clean non bottled water, non toxic / non off gassing pillows and sleeping mattresses and clean air. I feel that these are equally just as important as nourishing foods however in the case of clean water, perhaps even more so.
